2.1 The Charity's objects are restricted specifically, only for the public benefit to preserve physical and mental health, to support people with a learning disability or people facing a period of mental ill health by providing specialist support and personal care to people in the community, in their own home or in registered care home settings. In particular, but not exclusively by: 2.1.1 working with people with a learning disability or people with mental ill health needs and those supporting them, including healthcare professionals and healthcare commissioning bodies to provide individualised care plans and personal care; 2.1.2 delivering care to and for the benefit of people with learning disabilities or people with mental ill health needs throughout a range of services and environments, including but not exclusively within registered care homes, supported living environments, respite services, domiciliary care and community outreach.

The principal activity of the Charity is to provide accommodation, care and support for adults with a learning disability or serious mental illness. The charity seeks to provide high quality, responsive services that meet the needs of the service users and enhance their quality of life.
