OBJECTS The Company?s Objects are specifically restricted to the following:- The Company is established for the support or promotion of any charitable purposes to include in particular but not exclusively the Area of Benefit without distinction of age, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic or national origins, race, colour, marital status, disability, political or religious beliefs: by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to improve education, the promotion of health and wellbeing and relief of poverty, distress or sickness and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for the recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the Area of Benefit.
